Specializes in helping small business owners navigate CRA audits and resolve compliance issues. Volunteers for community activities and serves on the board of a national not-for-profit.
Kamal Goyal
Partner, CPA, CGA, LPA
Founding partner and active member of CPA Ontario and CPA Alberta, with over 12 years in taxation, accounting, and audit. Recipient of the Top Ten Recognition Award from the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada. Brings industry experience across construction, manufacturing, investments, and automotive, with a focus on personal and corporate tax planning, corporate reorganization, and estate planning. Serves on the board of a local charitable organization.
Umair Tasadduq
Partner, CPA, CA, LPA
Founding partner with broad assurance and business advisory experience, holding a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University. Over 12 years in technical accounting, auditing, and public company filings. Serves as a part-time practice inspector for Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and has spoken at conferences on MD&A and IFRS 16. Serves as Treasurer for a York Region condo board and Secretary of the York District CPA Association.
