This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

When you use our contact form or request a free consultation, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. We also collect aggregated, anonymized analytics about site usage (see Section 5).
3. Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule consultations, and provide the services you request. If you opt in separately to marketing communications, we may also use your email to send occasional updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website on our behalf: Supabase (database hosting), Google Workspace (email delivery), and our analytics providers listed below. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we direct.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. These tools are not loaded until you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your preference at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
6. How long we keep it
Contact and consultation request data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, unless you become a client (in which case standard engagement record retention rules apply) or request earlier deletion.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time, by emailing info@agtllp.com.
